We contract with Editors to assure quality control of each and every piece of research. You will need the skill set and attention-to-detail to certify with us, and you will review, approve, and put your stamp of approval on all research before it reaches the client. We will provide requirement documents for each account.

Recruiters (Schedulers) recruit, assign and fulfill our research programs. Successful Recruiters spend time throughout the day recruiting, answering questions and following-up with evaluators. Evaluators (Mystery Shoppers) interact with a business as a real customer would. A great evaluator has the ability to maintain neutral when describing their experience, is incredibly detail-oriented, deadline driven and enjoys getting out of their comfort zone.
